  • Use our online resevation system to select your service type, arrivale and destination locations, if you require an extra pickup location click + (also flight numberif you have selected airport transfer).
  • Select “NEXT”
  • Select which vehicle suitsyour needs, either Sedan, MPV, or Minibus, ITS THIS SCREEN YOU CAN SEE YOUR JOURNEY PRICE.
    **PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR LUGGAGE MEETS THE VEHICLE CAPACITY**
  • Enter your details, along with passenger, luggage, child seats numbers and any notes you may have.
  • Select “NEXT”
  • Check all your booking details are correct.
  • Select
    “EDIT”, “DELETE”
    “RETURN” (add a return journey).
    “+JOURNEY (adds another journey).
    “SAVE THIS QUOTE” (saves quote and sends you an email copy).
    “BOOK” (makes your booking).
  • If you’ve chosen “BOOK” click “COPY” which will populate your details.
  • Make payment through STRIPE our secure online gateway.
  • You will recieve an email immediately showing you booking request.
  • Within usually a couple of hours but no longer than 24 hours you will receive you booking conformation, locking your booking in with us.

What is “Checked Baggage”

Checked baggage is a piece of luggage that is checked in by an airline. The length + width + height of the bag should be no greater than 62 inches or 158 cm’s. The weight of the bag should be no greater then 50 lb or 23 kgs.

What is our baggage allowance for the vehicle.

Each vehicle type clearly shows its baggage capacity, if you have other items like surfboards, wheelchairs, golf clubs, bicycles and large unstandard bags please notify us at the time of booking and we can advise you or organise a solution for you excess baggage.

Elite Transfers will not be held responsable if your luggage exceeds our recomenations and cannot be accomadated in the luggage area of the vehicle.

Queensland Transport licencing regulations dictates luggage cannot be stowed in the passenger area.

What if my flight or cruise is delayed.

Once you have embarked on your journey there is no need to worry, providing you have supplied us with your travel details you allocated driver will be monitoring your progress. any changes will be taken into account and our driver will be there to meet you.

My flight has been cancelled!

Let us know at Elite Transfers as soon as you know your flight is cancelled and supply us with your rescheduled.details and we will modify the booking and still be there to meet you.

Are your Chauffeurs licenced?

Our drivers and vehicles meet all licencing requirements set out by Queensland Transport and Main Roads.

We provide child seats for children 0 months to 8 years FREE OF CHARGE.

How do you track my flight.

We use Flight Radar 24, we’ve found it to be very accurate and reliable.

Do children count in the total number of passengers?

Under Australian law each passenger in our vehicles need to sit in their own seat so yes, children are counted in the total number of passengers.

Should I take out travel insurance?

Elite Transfers is fully insured with Public Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Car Insurance and CTP Insurance but we strongly encourage clients to purchase travel insurance prior to departure as Elite Transfers DO NOT take any responsibility if you miss your flight, if your flight is cancelled or you are unable to travel.
