Firstly my sincerest apologies at the delayed response to your email – we hit the ground running on mums surprise 80th trip and this is the 1st opportunity I’ve had to reply. The airport transfer with Rob was such a delight. He was so friendly, considerate, and professional and it was such a pleasurable experience. I’ve had many transfers with private companies over the years and I have to say this was one of the best! – it was seamless, easy, and most importantly relaxed and enjoyable. Thank you also for popping mums name on the sign and Rob was so attentive and kind. Rob is a credit to your service as are your staff who arranged this and responded both promptly and with such care and consideration in making my request a reality. I’m literally just booking a return transfer now for tomorrow (silly me i thought I had already done it) and whilst I know it may not be possible, it would be great if Rob was available to assist with this.
