Elite transfers turned up on time, got me to the airport early, and all in a vehicle that was a free upgrade from what I ordered. I’ve used them before, and I will use them again.Update: Last night they transported me home from an international trip, and they suggested we stop on the way so that I could pick up food essentials e.g. milk and bread. Arrived at Coolangatta Airport a few minutes early where our driver Rob was waiting and assisted with our luggage to his vehicle. We cannot fault the service of Elite and their drivers, having used them twice in the last fortnight. The vehicles are clean and the drivers polite. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
Fantastic service. We arrived very late evening at Brisbane from the UK. We had been travelling for over 24 hours with a 8 month baby so we were exhausted. We had a very professional and stress free transfer to the Gold Coast so we could just relax. The baby seat was also set up and ready to go. Thank you for a great service.

Elite was fantastic. We were delayed on our flight having to leave later and they were able to assist by moving our pick up time an hour later which was really nice given they were really busy. Great service! Rob was our driver, he was very helpful, on time, helped with our bags, made sure the kids were in their car seats and sorted. The Van was perfect for a family that requires kids seats plus room for luggage. Will use again next time on the Gold Coast.

We used Elite Transfers 2 days in a row for a wedding over the weekend. The online booking process was very easy and the communication from the team between the booking and service time was great. On both days, the drivers arrived 15 mins early, taking any stress around punctuality off us and were very accommodating in allowing us to pick up two additional passengers along the way - which was booked in advance. They were very friendly and professional whilst still allowing everyone to have fun along the way and play our own music. The vehicles were very clean and spacious enough to fit all 7 passengers comfortably. The prices worked out to be cheaper than catching an Uber or Taxi so I'm very happy we used them. I would recommend Elite Transfers to anyone looking at booking a car service and will definitely be using them again in the future. Big thank you to Clive and Clifford for giving us a great experience and getting us there safely despite the awful weather!
I have used Elite Transfers for airport transfer, cruise terminal transfer and for local transfers. Clive has been my driver and he is always well presented, punctual and driving standard is exceptional. The vehicle is always immaculate and very comfortable to ride in.We had a awesome trip to the cruise terminal where Clive took care of the M1 in a professional manner while the rest us sang along to some great tunes being played on the awesome sound system.
